$20M Federal InfrastructureGrant

TLCPA was awarded a $20M DOT Federal Infrastructure improvement grant that focuses on Three Phases of Capital Improvement in the Great Lakes region. My role included: partnering with key stakeholders (CEO, CFO, project managers, and engineers) to compile grant research, design information graphics, co-write, and oversee the design and production of an 80+ page proposal.

Information Design

The Department of Transportation MARAD $20M Infrastructure grant focuses on a Three Phase Capital Improvement Strategy. The animation above illustrates: Phase I (red) dock infrastructure, warehousing, and utility modernization. Phase II (blue) continues warehousing modernization while also focusing on storm water improvements. Phase III (green) modernizes and expands rail warehousing and modalities.

Proposal Design

For the $20M MARAD Federal Infrastructure Grant Proposal, my roles combined: collaboration with engineers to illustrate capacity (both existing and modernization concepts), design /production in Word/InDesign, on-site photography, chart and infographic designs.
